Logo & Brand
Logo design built for companies running on Odoo
Concepts, revisions, a complete file package and brand guidelines, and then the step most studios skip entirely: putting the mark everywhere Odoo shows it to your customers.
See the pricingRun your business on Odoo and the logo shows up well beyond the website: quotations, invoices, delivery slips, the customer portal, email notifications, point-of-sale receipts. Most rebrands never get past the homepage, so the documents customers actually receive go on wearing the old identity for years.
That reach raises the bar for what counts as a good logo. It needs to survive one-colour printing on a thermal receipt, stay legible at sixteen pixels in a browser tab, and hold its own on a dark portal header. Design a mark for the homepage hero alone, and it quietly fails in half of those spots.
We design the mark, hand over the files and the guidelines, then carry the identity across your Odoo: website theme, document layouts, email templates and portal. The rebrand isn't finished until a customer can no longer find the old logo anywhere.
What you get
- Three concepts
- Three genuinely different directions, built from a written brief and a look at your competitors' marks, rather than three spins on the same idea. We present them on real applications, not a blank page.
- Revisions to a final mark
- Structured rounds measured against the brief: you pick a direction, we refine it until it's right, and when opinions differ, the brief settles it, not whoever spoke last.
- The file package
- SVG and PNG covering every variant you'll actually need: full lockup, mark only, horizontal, light and dark backgrounds, favicon sizes. Ownership transfers to you in full, source files included.
- Colour and type
- A palette with exact values for both screen and print, plus a licensed font pairing, so what you end up with is a system, not a logo floating on its own.
- Brand guidelines
- A short, usable document covering clear space, minimum sizes, what works on dark backgrounds, and what should never happen to the mark, written for the next employee or agency, not as a coffee-table book.
- Applied across your Odoo
- Website theme, quotation and invoice layouts, email notification templates, portal and POS receipts, all updated to the new identity and checked on generated documents rather than taken on faith.
The invoice is a brand touchpoint
A customer may see your homepage once and your invoices every month. In B2B, the documents are the brand experience, the quote that wins the deal, the order confirmation, the statement. Leave them on a default layout with a stretched JPEG logo, and you undo the money already spent on the mark.
Odoo turns document branding into a genuine design surface, since layouts, fonts and colours are all controllable. We give the quotation PDF the same care as the homepage, because it's the PDF your buyer forwards, not the homepage.
When the website design needs work too, brand and web design run best as a single project, tackled in that order.
What it costs
Logo work runs at a fixed price per package. The concepts, revision rounds, files and guidelines are defined up front, while the Odoo application work is scoped to whichever documents and templates are in play.
Refreshing an existing mark, keeping its equity while fixing its problems, comes as a smaller package than building a new identity, and for an established company it's often the smarter call.
Backed by real migrations
The delivery record behind every service
Migration work is our publishable proof, three engagements where the projection became operational reality on Odoo. The same senior team stands behind every service, and the full case studies are on the migration page.

Bring us your current logo files
On the first call, we run a quick audit of what you already have: whether a vector master exists at all, where the mark is breaking today, and whether a refresh or a full restart makes more sense.
Logo design, the questions we actually get
01
How many concepts and revisions are included?
You start with three distinct concepts, then move into structured revision rounds on whichever direction you pick. Each package fixes the number of rounds, so the process has a defined end; extra rounds are still possible, just never a surprise on the invoice.
02
Who owns the logo when it is done?
You do, completely. All rights transfer once final payment clears, and you get the source files, not just exports, so if you walked away the day after delivery, you'd walk away with everything.
03
Can you refresh our existing logo instead of replacing it?
That's often the better project. An established mark carries recognition worth keeping, and a refresh preserves its structure while fixing weight, spacing, colour and file quality. We'll tell you on the first call which project you're actually dealing with.
04
What file formats do we receive?
SVG is the master format, with PNG at practical sizes plus favicon and social crops. Every variant ships in both light and dark background versions, and the package includes the one-colour version your receipts and stamps will need.
05
Will you apply the new logo inside our Odoo?
Yes, that's the whole point of buying it here. Website, quotation and invoice layouts, email templates, portal and POS receipts all get the new identity, and we verify the result on generated documents, not just in the settings screen.
