02Do you need write access to our Odoo?
No. Read-only access to a sanitized environment (or a recent backup) is sufficient. We never make changes during the audit.
03What if our Odoo is hosted by another partner?
Fine. We coordinate read-only access with your current partner. The audit is a neutral assessment; many of our audits result in continued engagement with the existing partner — we tell you honestly what we find.
04Can the audit cover specific concerns (performance, upgrade-blocker, security)?
Yes. The standard 5-area template covers most cases, but if you have a specific concern (e.g., 'our Postgres is at 95% CPU all the time'), we deep-focus on that area and lighten the standard sections.
