Do you need write access to our Odoo?
No. Read-only access to a sanitized environment, or even just a recent backup, is enough. We never touch anything during the audit.

What if our Odoo is hosted by another partner?
That's fine, we simply coordinate read-only access with your current partner. The audit stays a neutral assessment, and quite a few of them actually end with continued engagement for the existing partner. Either way, we tell you honestly what we find.

Can the audit cover specific concerns (performance, upgrade-blocker, security)?
Yes. The standard 5-area template handles most cases, but if you're bringing a specific concern to the table, say, 'our Postgres sits at 95% CPU constantly,' we'll dig deep into that area and lighten up the rest.
