(02) The program

What is an Odoo partner?

Odoo runs a tiered partner program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, plus a Ready tier for newly certified partners. To reach those tiers, a partner must ship a minimum number of production projects, employ Odoo-certified consultants, and pass an annual audit by Odoo SA. Official partners get priority access to Odoo Support, reseller margins, and — most importantly — clients are protected by Odoo's contractual policies. An independent "Odoo consultant" can offer none of those guarantees.

  • 01What is the difference between an official Odoo partner and an independent consultant?

    An official partner has passed Odoo SA's annual audit, employs certified consultants, and gets partner-tier Odoo Support access. Your contracts are protected by Odoo's policies. An independent consultant offers none of those guarantees — they may be good, but there is no recourse if things go wrong.

  • 02What is your partner level?

    Octura has held Odoo Ready status since 2024 (entry tier into the partner program). We are actively progressing toward Silver. Ready status already guarantees consultant certification and yearly audit.

  • 03Do you work on multi-country rollouts?

    Yes. We operate under a single entity (Octura Solutions LLC, Wyoming) with staff across four continents. That avoids contractual fragmentation when one client operates in the US, Canada, and Europe.

  • 04What does a typical implementation cost?

  • 05How do I pick between your regional pages?
