(02) The program

What is an Odoo partner?

Odoo's partner program runs in tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and a Ready tier reserved for newly certified partners. Climbing those tiers means shipping a minimum number of production projects, employing Odoo-certified consultants, and clearing an annual audit from Odoo SA. In return, official partners receive priority access to Odoo Support and reseller margins, and their clients sit under Odoo's contractual protections. None of that comes with an independent "Odoo consultant."

Octura has held Odoo Ready status since 2024, and our engineering bench has already delivered 100+ implementations spanning Odoo 16, 17, 18, and 19. Because we operate across North America, Europe, EMEA, and Australia under one single entity, your contracts, support, and SLAs stay consistent even when a rollout crosses multiple countries.

(04) Method

How we work.

  • 01

    Discovery (30 min)

A free call where we map your processes and confirm Odoo actually fits. If it doesn't, we'll tell you right away.

  • 02

    Fixed-price scoping

Within 5 days you get a scope document, a timeline, and a fixed price, no misleading "starting from" figures.

  • 03

    Configure and customize

We configure the standard modules first, then add customisations only where they genuinely earn their keep.

  • 04

    Migration and go-live

Data moves over in sprints, followed by a 2-week parallel run, user training, and finally the full cutover.

  • 05

    Ongoing support

You get contractual SLAs, yearly Odoo upgrades, and named engineers, never a ticket dropped into some offshore queue.

When a rollout spans multiple countries, we suggest starting with a 30-minute intro call to map out the legal and tax structure.

Odoo partner FAQ

  • 01

What is the difference between an official Odoo partner and an independent consultant?

An official partner has cleared Odoo SA's annual audit, employs certified consultants, and holds partner-tier access to Odoo Support, so your contracts sit under Odoo's protective policies. An independent consultant might be perfectly skilled, but offers none of those guarantees; if something goes wrong, you have no recourse.

  • 02

    What is your partner level?

Octura has held Odoo Ready status, the entry tier of the partner program, since 2024, and we're actively working toward Silver. Even at Ready level, consultant certification and a yearly audit are already guaranteed.

  • 03

Do you work on multi-country rollouts?

Yes, we operate under one single entity, Octura Solutions LLC in Wyoming, with staff spread across four continents. That structure keeps contracts from fragmenting when a client operates in the US, Canada, and Europe all at once.

  • 04

What does a typical implementation cost?

Costs range from $15,000 for a simple SMB starter up to $200,000+ for a multi-entity implementation. Our Odoo Pricing 2026 guide breaks down the detailed range by company profile.

  • 05

How do I pick between your regional pages?

Start with the page for the region where your company is legally registered, since that's what governs tax compliance, payroll, and labour law. If the rollout crosses borders, pick your HQ region instead and we'll coordinate the other jurisdictions from there.
