01Where does our data go when we use Odoo AI?
By default, prompts and Odoo data are sent to Odoo's hosted AI service. If you need a tighter data boundary, configure AI to use your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or self-hosted model endpoint, your data never leaves your control. Audit logs track every call regardless.
02Will AI hallucinate on customer-facing replies?
AI drafts are reviewable before sending. Grounding draws from real Odoo data (past tickets, deal notes), which reduces hallucinations relative to a general-purpose chatbot. For high-stakes replies (legal, regulatory), keep a human in the loop.
03Does AI replace our ChatGPT Enterprise seats?
