01What does an Odoo consultant actually do?
An Odoo consultant translates your business requirements into a working Odoo system. That includes analyzing processes, selecting and configuring modules, designing customizations and integrations, planning data migration, training users, and supporting the system after go-live. A good consultant also tells you what not to build.
02How much do Odoo consulting services cost?
It depends on scope and engagement model. We publish our rates and packages on our pricing page so you can budget before contacting us, and every project starts with a written estimate. Audits are fixed-scope; implementations are budgeted phase by phase so you never commit beyond the next milestone.
03Do you work with companies outside the US and Canada?
Our practice is centered on the United States and Canada, with consultants working in North American time zones, but we also serve clients in France and elsewhere in Europe. Every engagement is delivered in English or French, whichever your team prefers.
04Can you take over an Odoo project started by another partner or a freelancer?
Yes, and it is common. We start with a technical and functional audit to understand what was built, then propose a recovery plan with clear priorities. You get the findings in writing whether or not you continue with us.
05Do we need Odoo Enterprise to work with you?
