About the role

You are the human thread that keeps 20-30 post-go-live clients succeeding with Odoo. Quarterly business reviews, roadmap conversations, health scoring, upsell spotting, and being the honest voice when something isn't working. Success looks like: 95%+ logo retention, expansion revenue on 30% of the book, and NPS above 60.

What you'll do

  • Own a book of 20-30 post-go-live clients — quarterly business reviews, monthly check-ins, ongoing trust-building
  • Maintain client health scoring — usage telemetry, support-ticket patterns, champion-user sentiment
  • Spot expansion opportunities (new modules, more users, new entities) and qualify them into proposals
  • Catch churn signals early — declining usage, champion turnover, budget freeze — intervene before renewal season
  • Lead renewal conversations: business case for staying, multi-year terms, price increases when justified
  • Translate client feedback into product/feature requests for Octura + OCA where relevant
  • Partner with delivery on post-go-live gate reviews — was hypercare enough? Does the client need a second wave?
  • Own the 30/60/90 onboarding playbook for new clients transitioning from delivery to CS
  • Run quarterly cohort reports — retention, expansion, NPS — for leadership
  • Co-lead client advisory board and customer reference program

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or post-sales consulting on B2B software ($50K-$500K ACV range)
  • Track record of retention + expansion numbers you can walk through in an interview
  • Comfortable with ERP or mid-market SaaS conversations — finance, operations, supply-chain literacy
  • Operates independently across time zones — no hand-holding
  • Excellent written + verbal English; professional-grade communication under pressure
  • Enough technical curiosity to learn Odoo's feature surface to the level needed for QBR conversations
  • Comfort with numbers — forecasts, cohort math, retention curves

Nice to have

  • Prior Odoo end-user experience before moving into CS
  • French-Canadian fluency for Quebec accounts
  • Experience building a customer reference / advisory-board program from zero
  • Background in an industry vertical we serve (manufacturing, distribution, professional services)
