Two ways to partner

Pick the model that fits how you work with clients. Both have written terms — no handshake-economics, no surprise comp.

Channel resell

White-Label / Co-Delivery

Agencies and MSPs sell Odoo to their clients under their own brand. Octura delivers the engagement as a named subcontractor. Best for shops that want to add Odoo to their offering without hiring an Odoo team.

  • Discounted rate card vs. retail pricing
  • Octura branded or fully white-labeled — your call
  • Dedicated project manager + technical lead
  • Co-marketing budget after 3rd successful engagement

Who's a fit

We deliberately keep the program small — about 25 active partners across North America and Europe. Quality over quantity.

Accountants & CPA firms

Your clients ask about ERP every quarter. You don't deliver Odoo, but you want to refer to a partner whose work won't reflect poorly on your firm. Referral track fits.

MSPs & IT consultancies

Your clients want one vendor for IT + ERP. White-label or co-delivery lets you add Odoo to your offering without hiring 5 Odoo people.

Independent consultants

You sell strategy or change management; clients ask about systems. Referring keeps the implementation work off your plate while paying you for the introduction.

Digital & web agencies

You build Shopify or websites. Your enterprise clients want commerce + ERP unified. We deliver the ERP under your brand or as a named subcontractor.

Partner Program FAQ

  • 01How much do referral partners typically earn per closed deal?

Implementation engagements at Octura range from $18K (Starter) to $160K+ (Enterprise). At 10–15% rev share, that's $1.8K–$24K per closed engagement. Several of our active referral partners do 2–4 introductions per quarter that close.

  • 02Is there exclusivity required?

No. Referral partners can refer to multiple Odoo partners. We earn the introduction by being good at what we do. White-label partners typically prefer exclusivity within their client base for clarity, but it's not a contractual requirement.

  • 03What if I'm not ready to commit but want to learn more?

Book a 30-minute exploratory call via the contact form. We'll walk through both program models, answer questions, and you decide whether to apply — no pressure to sign anything during the call.

  • 04Can I refer non-Odoo work (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks help)?

No. The program is specific to Odoo. If your client needs NetSuite or SAP help we'll happily make our own introduction to a trusted partner in that ecosystem, but no revenue share applies.
