How is this different from a free 30-minute consultation?
Think of the 30-minute consultation as a fit check, both sides deciding whether a deeper conversation is worth having. The Blueprint is something else entirely: a written deliverable you can hand to your CFO, your board, or another implementation partner.
What if I'm already on Odoo?
Even better, actually. About a third of our audits are for businesses already running Odoo after an implementation that was rushed, under-scoped, or handled by a partner who's since gone quiet. The Blueprint format doesn't change: current-state map, top inefficiencies, recommended fixes, and a fixed-price budget to make them happen.
Who runs the session?

What if Odoo isn't the right fit for us?

Do you only work with USA and Canada businesses?
