Yes. There's no charge and no obligation to engage us afterward. We invest the 6 hours of senior time because, on average, the businesses who go through the Blueprint end up being our best long-term clients — and the ones who don't were rarely a fit anyway.
How is this different from a free 30-minute consultation?
The 30-minute consultation is a fit check — both sides decide whether it's worth a deeper conversation. The Blueprint is a deliverable: a written document you can hand to your CFO, your board, or another implementation partner. Different tool, different purpose.
What if I'm already on Odoo?
Even better. Roughly a third of the audits we run are for businesses already on Odoo whose implementation was rushed, under-scoped, or done by a partner who's no longer responsive. The Blueprint format works the same way — current-state map, top inefficiencies, recommended changes, fixed-price budget to fix them.
Who runs the session?
A senior Odoo-certified architect from our team — never a sales rep, never a junior consultant. The same person who runs your session is the person who would lead your implementation if you decide to engage us afterward.
What if Odoo isn't the right fit for us?
We'll tell you. We've recommended NetSuite, Acumatica, and even staying on QuickBooks-plus-a-good-shipping-app when those were the right call. Our 95% client retention is built on telling people the truth, not on closing every deal.
Do you only work with USA and Canada businesses?
That's where we focus — North American time zones, US-GAAP / Canadian tax fluency, and the ability to be on a video call during your business hours. Businesses outside USA and Canada can still apply, and we'll review case-by-case, but we don't promise a Blueprint slot in those cases.
