01How fast can you present a developer?
Seven business days max from intro call to a matching profile in front of you. If we cannot meet that window, we tell you on day one and decline the engagement, no filler presentations.
02Are your developers offshore?
No. Our bench is North America and Europe only. Everyone speaks fluent English, and most speak French as well. That gives you reasonable timezones, Western labour law, and zero hidden subcontracting.
03What are your rates?
Published day rates: $800–$1,200 for a senior developer, $1,200–$1,600 for an architect. No misleading "starting from" pricing. Final rate depends on technical domain (Python/OWL, QWeb, integrations) and engagement length.
04What if the profile is not the right fit?
No-charge replacement policy in the first two weeks. After that we replace within 14 days with notice. No contractual lock-in, you can end the engagement with 30 days notice.
05Do you work under NDA?
Yes. We sign your standard NDA before the intro call if you need that. For sensitive projects (healthcare, defence, finance) we offer an addendum covering data residency and access controls.
06Are you an Odoo development company or a staffing agency?
A development company. Every engineer on your engagement is an Octura team member working inside our delivery process: code review, staging environments, and access to our architects and our Odoo partner support channel. Staffing agencies rent you a resume; we take responsibility for the code that ships.
